In the year 2009 i needed a credit for buying an own appartment. Especially in case of having different variants of financing, the effort to find the best funding was big. At these times I was not able to find an bank independend redemption plan calculator in the internet, so i have calculated my rates with an standard desktop calculation software as a base for meetings at the bank. This credit is repaid for a while, but the topic keeps in my mind. So this calculator was made with the following target:
-bank independent calculation(more from the view of a recipient)
-clarity / summary
-Display of summarized interest charge for the whole elapsed time
-simple to use
-result should be shown at once. (No clicking over many pages,...
-simple setting of paramters like credit amount or interest rate
-output as a table
